As adoption of the Stage-Gate process has increased steadily (nearly
80% of North American companies are using stage and gate processes) so too has the demand

The Stage-Gate Alliance Program is free of charge to innovators seeking New Product
Development and Product Life Cycle Management solutions and is designed to deliver
three key benefits to innovators.

of innovation enabling resources in the Stage-Gate Solutions
Directory.
- Reduces Risk: Vendors with Stage-Gate Ready
Certification have submitted
to a rigorous functionality validation – assurance to you that the software
performs required Stage-Gate functions.
- Removes Guesswork: If the vendor tool is not listed in the Stage-Gate
Solutions Directory, the vendor should not be associating their product or company
name with Stage-Gate.
How the Alliance Program Works
Providers of innovation enabling tools and solutions can participate in any one of three
levels:
| Level I |
Vendors can advertise their solutions in the Stage-Gate Solutions
Directory. Stage-Gate Inc. does not evaluate or endorse these products. This

| Level II |
Vendors can submit their software application to a rigorous functionality
validation on 200+ innovation related criteria, conducted by a Stage-Gate expert.
You can recognize this certification by the Stage-Gate Ready logo. You
can also request a detailed report card outlining how the software application
performs on mandatory and optional criteria. View a

| Level III |
Vendors who not only submit to Level II certification, but who also demonstrate
their commitment to advance the adoption of Stage-Gate best practices through their
continuous evolution of their software application, integration of Stage-Gate best
practice methodologies, frameworks and processes and have a solid track record
of superior customer satisfaction. Can apply for level III consideration. |
